Initiate strategic business plan to promote revenue, business growth and ensure cost effective management of resources.
Plan, coordinate and supervise daily operational activities of a restaurant.
Attain high standards of product quality and service.
Ensure safety of the plant, maintain healthy work environment and co-ordination among all departments to achieve company`s goal.
Ensure optimum utilization of resources and come off with continuous business growth every year.
Be updated with various business reports and follow up of necessities accordingly.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Masters degree from a reputed University.
Candidates having degree in Hotel Management will be given preference.
Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

Age 30 to 45 year(s)
Must have sound knowledge in MS Office.
Capable to run the department independently.
Must have written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and English.
Energetic, confident and proactive.
The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
