Job Description / Responsibility
• Drafting of correspondence, secretarial work, making appointments, responding to phone calls, requests for information, taking notes etc.
• Maintain liaison with clients and requests for information
• Receive and dispatch letters/documents
• Must know how to operate Computer – Ms Office
• Any other tasks can be assigned by Management.
