Assistant General Manager – Walton Service Management System

Job Description / Responsibility
• Assist to set-up, implement and up-date Management Information System (MIS) as per management requirement.
• The individual will develop monitoring tools for effective monitoring.
• Supervision & Development of Management approved parts acquisition layout.
• Ensuring proper Demand Forecast of Spare Parts for future period.
• Use ERP/Computer packages to monitor stock levels, re-order spare parts when necessary.
• Ensuring timely re-ordering & massive follow- up
• Ensuring cautious final order.
• Prepare monitor all activities closely and submit monthly, quarterly, mid-term and annual progress reports of any project.
• Assist to establish and update policies, procedure/systems to implement the plan.
• Assist to develop core team and a motivated work force.
• Assist to ensure continual improvement of self & development of work progress/system and any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc (Hons.)/ M.Sc in Applied Statistics/ Statistics/ Mathematics from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements
• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Supply Chain, Store/Inventory
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Engineering Firms, Supply Chain

Additional Job Requirements
• Age At most 30 year(s)
• Good communication skill.
• Good knowledge on operating computer (specially office software suite).
• Willing to work any where in Bangladesh.
