Job Description / Responsibility
Tracking the product and services needs of different customer segments from different business divisions
Need assessment through conducting customer survey
Sales, market share and Growth analysis (for existing products)
Competitors’ product analysis
Preparing Product Program Guideline (PPG) for new products
Monitoring and analyzing existing products performance
Modifying or extending existing product basket
Tracking non performing product and conduct Financial and Market viability analysis for investing or divesting decision
Any other job other than above assigned by the management

Educational RequirementsPreferably Bank Management/ Business/ Economics/ Finance Graduate/ Post Graduate from any reputed university Experience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s) Additional Job RequirementsAcquainted with primary/secondary research techniques
Must have good knowledge about the secondary data sources
Good command over Financial Modeling using Excel. Some knowledge about ‘Simulation’ would be plus.

Acquainted with basic statistics
Minimum 2 years experience in Banking and Finance industry
Strong leadership, organizational and management skills
Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
Knowledge of local financial markets and legal requirements
