Asst Manager (HR, Admin & Compliance) – Caesar Apparels Limited

Job Responsibilities
Planning, Organizing, Directing, Controlling & Monitoring overall HR, Admin & Compliance functions of head office & factories.
Managing, administrating & ensuring recruitment, selection, training & development, etc. of the head office & factories.
Working closely with the management in connecting strategy formulation of the company.
Managing all the administrative issues including legal events, safety, fire, health, hygiene, environment, transport & security of the head office & factories.
Preparing factories complying with COCs of the different buyers with a view to facing different audits, i.e. BSCI, WRAP,GOTS, OCS, GRS , Technical audits, RSC (structural, electrical, fire), environmental, health & safety.
Maintaining liaison with different associated bodies / agencies as per company’s requirement.
General Administrative functions.
Any other assignment assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
Master’s with PGDHRM or MBA (HRM) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
At least 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Age 30 to 42 years
