• Handle recruitment and selection activities, confirmation, job changes and annual increment.
• Payroll and compensation management.
• Job Design & Development.
• Training & Development.
• Performance Management.
• Employee relation & Discipline.
• Responsible for efficient operation of Transport, Security, Safety, Hygiene & environment of the factory.
• Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.
• To ensure the factory is always ready for the following audit:
• Social Compliance Audit.
• Technical/Quality Assurance Audit.
• Security System Audit.
• Ensure required HRIS are properly maintained & update.

Educational Requirements
• Masters in any discipline from any reputed university with PGDHRM from BIM.
• MBA in HRM will get preference from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements
• 6 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Additional Job Requirements
• Age 32 to 35 year(s)
• Working experience in HR, Admin & CSR with garments factory.
• Sound knowledge on BLL 2006, Buyer COC.
• Fair knowledge in electric, fire safety & building safety audit.
• Must have audit knowledge on social compliance, BNBC and C & A audit.
• Energetic, confident and proactive.
• The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
