Branch Manager – National Finance Ltd

Job Description / Responsibility
• To achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities set forth in Job Objective.
• To lead the branch staff members & achieve the branch profitability target.
• To capitalize on cross-sell opportunities.
• To communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities.
• To provide high quality service to customers.
• Have open channels of communication & maintain high levels of motivation among staffs.
• Organize training for staff based on training gaps & handle career planning & professional performance management.
• Coordinate and assist regulatory and other audits.
• Timely submission of accurate compliance and risk reports.
• To be responsible for the branch security management and coordinating with H.O. as and when required.
• To ensure that branches maintain and updates all the records that is audit able at any time for good audit rating.
• To ensure compliance of all rules & regulations of Bangladesh Bank (BB) and other regulator.

Educational Requirements
MBA/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements
• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Leasing

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 30 to 45 year(s)
• At least 3 year(s) as Branch Manager/ Branch Operation Manager in a Bank/Financial Institution.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Branch Management of Bank/NBFI
• Well conversant in English.
• Good interpersonal communication skill.
• Sound knowledge in MS office.
• Ability to work under pressure.
