Job Description / Responsibility
• Plan and oversee marketing and promotional activities
• Devise and implement new and innovative sales and promotional strategies
• Promote and maintain social media accounts and communications, particularly Facebook and Instagram
• Gather and respond to customer queries and feedback
• Identify appropriate events and activities, including fairs and festivals, in the greater community, which will result in increased sales and publicity
• Represent the company and effectively promote the brand in the greater community
• Manage and promote relationships with media partners and personnel
• Identify opportunities for corporate partnerships and build corporate relationships
• Acquire clients from new regions and markets
• Maintain database of new and existing clients
• Regular and consistent communications with key client groups to maintain positive and ongoing relationships
• Regular market visits for market and customer assessment, creation of customers, and identification of client demands
• Report effectiveness of promotional and branding activities through sales figures

Job Requirements
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Computer skills: MS office, email and social media handling
• Knowledge of fashion trends, and forecasting
• Knowledge of fashion designers, influencers, and trendsetters
• Strong preference for individuals experienced in social media business campaigns
• Confident, presentable and sociable
