Job Description / Responsibility
• Take ownership of all areas of business development prior to product launch, including identification, creation and activation of new merchants (restaurants).
• Design and conduct market surveys to validate the product proposition.
• Develop and implement digital SEO plan.
• Lead the marketing initiative across merchants (restaurants), customers (clients) using social media channels and peer to peer networks.
• Manage all aspects of CRM with active merchant restaurants, problem solve day to day issues, and maintain good relationship with restaurants to generate future leads.
• Work with Product Design Team to update all aspects of API for client & merchant use.
• Closely monitor social networking channels to generate business leads, identify new and upcoming restaurants.
• Provide daily updates and progress reports to Senior Management and Investor Board.

Educational Requirements
Graduate Degree in Engineering or Business Administration from reputed university

Additional Job Requirements
• Ability to work independently and problem solve with minimal guidance, under tight deadlines.
• Must be task oriented with proven organizational and project management skills including planning, budgeting, tracking and implementation.
• Must be proficient with MS Office Pack and Project planning software.
• Must have excellent communication skills to communicate, transact, present and execute documentation in both Bengali and English.
• Must have knowledge about modern communication technology (such as like email, Skype, Video conferencing, etc.) and excellent knowledge of social media.
