Job Description / Responsibility
• To monitor and evaluate plant equipment and systems to ensure reliable plant operations in Rice Bran Oil Factory.
• To ensure quality of Bran, Crude Oil and DORB.
• To prepare all test report of produced goods.
• To supervise housekeeping of inside and outside of factory.
• Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine physical properties of raw and waste materials of Rice Bran Oil.
• Analyze samples of raw materials and finished products in order to ensure government and industry standards and regulations are met.
• Record test results.
• Work to develop new testing and production methods in order to improve efficiency and product quality
• ETP Management.
• Conducts tests for settle able, and other substances.
• Initiates changes in laboratory procedures and equipment in order to increase efficiency of laboratory.
• Directs laboratory personnel in prescribed laboratory techniques and performance of routine tests.
• To execute store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Management of hazards chemical waste program including receipt, classification, storage & disposal in compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Builds up awareness on chemicals related issues within the personnel involved in chemical handling.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Job Location: Kuliarchar, Kishoregonj, Bangladesh.
