Job Description / Responsibility
Able to offshore & onshore Banking, L/C, UD/UP, for large export oriented Garments Group (export around USD250 Million/year)
Supervise of Import formalities for opening L/C to clearance of goods from all Customs port
Able to manage a large import team including self C&F agent
Responsible for freight negotiation with the local & international Forwarder
Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of all import
Strong communication skill with local & international suppliers & sourcing team
Regularly monitoring import policy Bangladesh Bank Guideline & related other issue
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary

Masters/ MBA in any discipline from a reputed University

Experience Requirements
At least 12 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
The incumbent must have sound knowledge with Export & import L/C, Customs, VAT, EPB, Local and Foreign Import.
Should have sound knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCPDC- 600, HS Code,Incoterms of various importable items with current duty structure.
Well experienced about import for all chemicals, dyes, spare parts of Spinning /Textile/garments industries as well as Garments Audit with custom.
Sound knowledge of UPAS L/C & offshore Banking.
Excellent team player, independent, Can Do’ attitude,, self motivated & result oriented.
Meticulous, detailed, well organized and able to work to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication in written & speaking in English.
Familiar with Computer operations
