Job Description / Responsibility
Mobilize and form different community user groups for water, sanitation and fecal sludge services in the low income urban slums and settlements
Maintain proper communication and coordination concerned Govt. officials, local administration, LGIs and other stakeholders in the Project area
Prepare monthly work-plan for project promotional activities like meetings, hygiene sessions, WaSH programme etc. and follow-up in the project area.
Organize, conduct and facilitate different types of meeting,workshop, training etc. at field level.
Conduct and facilitate field level survey, PRA, CAP, FGD etc. as required by the project
Perform other relevant duties as required for the project.

Graduate/ Bachelor Degree.

Additional Job Requirements
Age At most 34 year(s)
Should have knowledge on WatSan, Public Health, Community mobilisation, PRA tools and techniques.
Experience in community mobilisation and WaSH related activities implementation at field level, willing ness to work with Low Income Community People at urban slum area.
Positive attitude as development activities, team spirit and accomodative within team and community level.
Basic orientation on WaSH for Urban context
WaSH experiences on Urban slum context
Good communication skill
Computer operating knowledge
Working knowledge with Govt. officials
