Job Description / Responsibility
• To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like SEDEX, WRAP, Wal-Mart, Accord & Alliance, CTPAT,GSV along with other ethical/ environmental/technical/building, electrical & fire safety/supply chain security (SCS)/FCA etc.
• To deal with all buyers representatives & auditors and meet their relevant requirement to ensure zero NCR
• Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per BEPZA instructions, local law & different brand code of conduct.
• Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer’s requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
• To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
• Communicate with buying house, third party audit firm, fire & civil defense department, Environment department BEPZA office, and police station & labor department.
• To follow up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
• Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements to lead a team and make them same skilled, to identify and solve any sort of problem.
• Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
• Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof.
• Organize all relevant meeting like EHS/WWA etc., on a regular basis monthly or as required.
• Independently handle all product safety related issues.
• Communicate regularly with all connected internal and external parties.
• To follow up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
• Educate and train factories on compliance standards and requirements

• Good Interpersonal/Communication Skills
• Must have strong morale and attitude for maintaining official secrecy and work under pressure
• Should have knowledge about BNBC code NFPA standards.
• Ability to work alone as well as in a team
• Well versed in computer operation
• Work as a Compliance Auditor in reputed organization will be added advantage.
