Job Description / Responsibility
• Expertise in and strong track record of selling business ERP software, especially in Textile & Apparel sector
• Expertise in developing and providing products demonstration, and negotiating products price and terms to close the deal
• Possess and avid desire to acquire strong domain knowledge and standard business processes of large business enterprises
• Capable of achieving sales target, and contacting existing and prospective clients to determine needs and degree of interest
• Capable of managing sales and business development activities, and communicating through sales activity reporting
• Capable of setting sales targets with senior management through timely and accurate forecasting based on market scenario
• Capable of developing and executing sales plans that support short and long term goals
• Expertise in developing a deep understanding of clients/prospects needs and offer matching products
• Expertise in developing sales, marketing and business development strategies to reach established goals
• Ability to support team members at any stage of sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, evaluation and close
• Ability to internalize and deliver the value proposition clearly and persuasively to all including C-Level executives
• Capable of providing liaison with technical team to ensure in-time delivery / implementation and after sales support

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 20 to 45 year(s)
• Minimum 3 years of successful direct sales experience in software products and services
• Strong domain knowledge in Textile & Apparel sector including use of any large level ERP software
• Experience in navigating complex sales cycles that can last 6-24 months
• Excellent communication (written, oral) and presentation skills (in-person, virtual)
• Comfort in working closely and building relationships with C-Level executives
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, and able to work under pressure
• Must possess a strong imagination and be a creative thinker
