Deputy Manager – Dhaka – Primordial Energy Ltd

Job Description / Responsibility
• Generate Sales from Corporate & Industrial Segment for Generators.
• Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Prepare Sales Forecast, Sales Budget and Price Proposals.
• Monitor collection against sales on a daily basis.
• Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Responsible for supervising and monitoring performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings.
• Provide daily basis sales and customer visit report to the concern authority.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through price quotations, ensuring delivery and handling customer complaint.
• Visit customer on regular basis for building relationship to meet the target and achieve monthly sales target.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Educational Requirements
Bachelors/ Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements
• 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Requirements
• 5 to 6 year(s) in the field of generator sales.
• Capable of generating sale from potential prospect.
• Must be presentable on sales, proactive and result oriented.
• Adept in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent in product demonstration to customer.
• Must be a good communicator in both Bangla and English.
• Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
• Should possess the right attitude to work as a team.
• Capable to run a Sales Team of 2 to 3.
