Job Description / Responsibility
• Coordinate production and packing schedules based on market demand and plant capacity.
• Monitor mill performance to ensure it meets expectations in relation to quality, productivity, efficiency, extraction rate, stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Ensure the Health and Safety of the product and personnel throughout entire production process.
• Working out the human and material resources needed;
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes;
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers;

B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering

• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Operation & Maintenance
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 32 to 40 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Experience in handling Buhler Machine in a large flour mill.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.
• Computer literacy is must for the position.
