Job Description / Responsibility
Prepare monthly action plan coordinating with district level staff and send to Regional Manager and responsible for respective districts for providing direction to Popular Theatre initiatives for its smooth and effective implementation
Plan and design to ensure achieving Community Empowerment Programme and other Programme’s Popular Theatre target in respective districts
Prepare budget, special scene chart, create song and theme depending on story for new drama
Organize, facilitate and develop training module for Popular Theatre basic training
Popular Theatre show follow-up and provide necessary direction to develop staff and performer
Regular coordination with head office and field offices, take necessary steps to execute all activities of Popular Theatre in stipulated time.
Prepare report, collect case story and send to head office
Monitoring and visit all Community Empowerment Programme’s component

Educational Requirements
Masters in Drama and Dramatics from any reputed university with minimum 2nd Division/ Class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examination
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 35 year(s)
At least 1 years’ experience in relevant field
Having knowledge on theatre activity, specialization on direction, acting, performance, plot and theme making
Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
