Job Context

Job Description / Responsibility
• Coordinate and supervise the CP intervention by planning, monitoring and evaluating project activities in accordance with grant agreements and Tdh quality standards;
• Manage the case management component by ensuring proper referrals and follow up
• Prepare, in coordination with key staff, work plans with clear objectives and achievement benchmarks, long-term and short-term priorities, implementation plans, financial projections and evaluation tools;
• Update, in collaboration with the team, the outputs of the program and propose adjustments if necessary for ongoing activities.
• Constantly updates the PM on the project progress or on any modifications that need to be taken regarding the implementation process;
• Ensure the best use of resources and support the Financial Officer in the preparation of sound budgets and monitoring project expenses;
• Conduct frequent field visits to all project sites;
• If necessary, establish an efficient remote control mechanism in case of not accessible areas due to security reasons;
• Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team spirit and providing oversight and guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions;
• Support the PM in reporting to donors through both formal and informal briefings, annual and semi-annual reports, and maintain ongoing dialogue;
• Weekly and monthly report to the PM;
• Monitor the weekly meeting organized by the Team Leader and its team.
• Assure that child protection standards are understood and applied and support the Team Leaders in establishing a clear referral system.
• Maintain and strengthen the relations with the other organization dealing with CP and psychosocial support.
• Represent Tdh in field base multi agency and overall interagency cluster where appropriate;
• Participate in the planning of new project proposals and in the implementation of assessment for new projects based on the strategy approved by the Delegation.
• Any other task relevant to the position.

Masters in Social Welfare, Psychology, Social Science, on any other relevant study
Experience Requirements
• At least 5 year(s)
Job Requirements
• At least 5 years experience in the similar job with INGO with at least 2 years in leading team.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Project management experience
• Ability to work within the policies, standards, procedures and the vision, mission and core values of Terre des hommes Foundation;
• Good planning, organization, problem-solving, decision-making and liaison skills;
• Strong team work and communication skills
• Need to have strong leadership skill
• Ability to adopt to changes
• Excellent language skills both English, Bengali and Chittagong local
