Job Description / Responsibility
• Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or make a donation.
• Describe products and services.
• Respond to questions.
• Identify and overcome objections.
• Take the customer through the sales process.
• Obtain customer information.
• Obtain possible customer leads.
• Maintain customer/potential customer data bases.
• Follow up on initial contacts.
• Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
• Maintains call center database by entering information.
• Achieve Monthly based sales Target.

Educational Requirements
A Levels/ Fresh Graduate from any reputed University (Both Local & Foreign).

Experience Requirements
• 1 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/Management, Call Centre Training, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Tele Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 18 to 30 year(s)
• Only incredible English speaker will apply.
• Should have excellent Listening Skill.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Good typing skills.
• Knowledge of sales principles and methods.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Work at Day/ night shifts ( As per client requirements).
• Applicant must have to experienced in MCA, Doors & Windows, Solar, Air Duct, Any kind of Survey or lead Generation and other campaigns.
