Job Description / Responsibility
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission-specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency in operations
Production planning of factory independently.
To maintain overall production monitoring & delivery schedule.
Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality & quantity.
Minimize waste in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
Make a bridge with production quality for reducing gapes in understanding of both functions.
Minimize the consumption of resource raw materials & energy and control waste.
Proficiency in overall health, environment, security & safety issues of factory.
To take all the precautionary measures for the safety and security of the factory and also for all staffs & labors performing their duties inside the factory.
Able to apply modern technique in achievement production target.
Ensure proper compliance and face buyer audit.
Any other jobs assigned by the management.

Additional Job Requirements
Age 35 to 45 year(s)
Minimum 10-15 Years working experience
Practical working experience in any reputed RMG Manufacturing (Woven) preference.
Having strong/dynamic leadership and capable to work as Head of 12-15 lines factory covering production, quality, HR, compliance and accounts.
The applicants should have experience in the area(s) of merchandising, production management (Cutting), and inspection.
