Job Description / Responsibility
• Must have experience in running the full operations of a large composite factory including production, planning, administration & accessories sourcing.
• Making decision and managing day to day all operations as being the Head of plant/factory.
• Have to maintain overall production monitoring and shipment closing.
• Capacity to optimize utilization of manpower.
• Improve the operational systems and policies, develop MIS/ reporting system.
• Leadership to run whole operation of the project.
• Taking in account details activity of the company by interpersonal skill.
• Monitor and follow up day to day activities of the entire project.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency in operations
• Minimize waste in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
• Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
• Reports submit to Chairman (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly).

Educational Requirements
Masters in any discipline from recognize university in the country or abroad (Preferred Public University).

• At least 12 year(s)
