Job Description / Responsibility
• Workers Recruitment and personnel File preparation.
• Leave Application process and supervise to code them into attendance register and time card as well as in the Leave Register.
• Issue of Administrative notices and necessary correction in company policy according to management decision.
• Workers Training on Legal Issue & Administrative Policy.
• Monthly wages and payroll preparation.
• Supervising Security Guard, Time Keepers and Cleaners activities.
• Company vehicle management, checking log book and ensure proper utilization.
• Initiatives of disciplinary Action and legal Issues.
• Keep updated information on Labor Law and industrial situations round the country and about all compliance required Administrative documentation.
• Keeps proper record keeping system of all Administrative documentation.
• Compliance and Workers Welfare related all functions.
• Factory house keeping Supervisory.
• Confirm that all safety equipment are placed properly and maintain periodical refilling and inspection of those.
• Periodical inspection on for any unsafe installation in electrical wiring system or machinery.
• Any other related Administrative and Welfare jobs that may assign by the Management.

Job Nature
Full-time

Educational Requirements
Masters in any discipline, MBA is preferable

Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 25 to 30 year(s)
• Minimum 3 years in a large scale Compliance Composite garments Industries.
• Computer Literacy: Sound knowledge on Computer Application, especially in MS Office, e-mail and Internet. Knowledge on Payroll/ERP/ any other software operation will be added an advantage.
