Executive – Office Front Desk – Dhaka – Phoenix Insurance Ltd

Job Description / Responsibility
• Receive, entertain guests, clients.
• Screening of all incoming and outgoing correspondences and initiating follow-up action including receiving calls and referring callers to appropriate employees.
• Maintenance phone and handling other systems.
• Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence.
• Mail management including Courier, office document collection, letter dispatching both incoming and outgoing.
• Necessary support providing to the administration as deemed appropriate.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Graduates from any discipline.

At least 3 year(s)

• The candidate should have pleasant personality, smiley face, honest, smart & hardworking, excellent interpersonal communication skill
• Having relevant front desk and secretariat course will be given preference
• High adaptability
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent Organizational skills
• Good IT skills
• Good Secretarial skills
• Minimum 03 year`s experience in the relevant field.
• Good command in English both oral and written.
