Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensuring production of high quality products as per the standard.
• Establishing and maintain high levels of sanitization, housekeeping, and physical condition with an objective to ensure conformance to government regulations, corporate policies, and standards.
• Enhancing quality and safety awareness in the team.
• Improving the process and implementing.
• Monitoring hygiene, cleanliness of production area.
• Monitoring chicken procurement to finished goods delivery in quality aspects.

Educational Requirements
Bachelors/ Masters in food technology/related subjects (Chemistry; Biochemistry; Microbiology; Applied Chemistry).

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• 3 years QC/Production related experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Frozen Food/Ice-cream Industry will be given preference.
• Analytical Ability
• Excellent communication skill
• Team player
• Customer Service orientation
