• Buyer required Quality Knowledge
• Good Knowledge about Garments measurement
• Optimum Utilization of Manpower.
• Monthly, hourly, daily target follow up.
• Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
• Minimize Wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
• Maintain highest standard of quality.
• Maintain Safe, Compliant and pleasant workplace.

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• Academic Qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.

• 4 to 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Production Management (Sewing)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
• Knowledge in English will given preference.
• Minimum 4-6 years of Experience in sewing section in any woven(Bottom) garments.
• 0-1 years of experience in the similar position will be preferred.
• Able to work independently and proactively.
• Strong leadership and team management skill.
