Job Description / Responsibility
• Factory Manager have to plan production activities, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules, budget maintenance schedules and quality of products.
• Provide leadership for the successful day to day operation.
• A factory manager has to collaborate and meet with other managers.
• Ensure receiving and delivery schedules are followed accurately.
• They need to attend corporate meeting and arrange training as per requirements.
• Achieve production target.
• Coordinate with HRD for hiring and recruitment of all manufacturing personnel.
• Analyze workers requirements.
• Maintain security and safety system as per industrial law.

• BSC in mechanical engineering.
• Education can be relaxed for more experienced candidates.
