Job Description / Responsibility
• To oversee overall farm management such as : production, people management; litter control; bio-security control; make feed and medicine balance.
• Managing the daily farm operations to meet targets.
• Increase production efficiency and reduces any losses and accident.
• To reduce production costs by using maximum honesty and afford.
• To mange the crisis situation as and when arise in terms of farm operations in line with the business.
• Ensure the farm is running well in line with the corporate vision of CPB.
• Liaise with local govt. authority and other relevant bodies regularly to ensure smooth operation of the business.
• Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
Must have DVM/ Animal Husbandry as their Major.

• Age 23 to 30 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE AND WILLING TO WORK ANYWHERE IN BANGLADESH
• The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite manner and attractive personality.
• Good leadership, execution skills, challenge encountering attitude and target oriented.
• Candidates have to be prepared to stay inside the farm for long periods of time.
• Fluent in English and sound in computer literacy.
• Able to work under pressure.
