• Job responsibility is included but not limited to –
• Data collection, case story documentation
• Local level networking, influencing with development stakeholders among from GO, NGO and Private Sector including local government and different standing committees
• Facilitate and support community based organizations (CBO) to develop and execute their annual plan, coordination with service providing agencies

Graduation (Bachelor degree) from any discipline

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year(s)

Job Requirements
• At least 03 (three) years experience in relevant position
• Sound in facilitation, conduction of community based meeting, training and orientation independently
• Hard working mentality
• Able to work staying in hard to reach area (Char/Haor/Coastal)
• Good understanding and experience working in climate change adaptation (CCA), Disaster Risk Management (DRM), Resilience WASH, Community resilience building areas, improved livelihood
