• Job Description: Position: Field Supervisor; Project Name: Outreach Health Awareness Programme; Project Location: Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar; Project Duration: August 2016 to June 2017; Salary: BDT. 16000
• Job Responsibility:
• Conduct regular project activities to achieve project goal & objectives.
• Regular supervision and monitoring project activities at field level.
• Organize and Facilitate training, Meeting and different type of awareness program.
• Ensure in time report to the concern authority.
• Regular Coordination and communication with donors and others project stakeholders.
• Coaching and guide Health Promoter of the project to ensure in time quality service in the community level.

Educational Requirements
• Post Graduate degree from any discipline.
• Academic qualification might be relaxed in case of highly experience candidate in the relevant field.

Experience Requirements
• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 25 to 40 year(s)
• At least 5 (five) years of work experience in the field of Health & Community Mobilization or relevant fields.
• Good writing, speaking and communication ability in English and Bengali
• Proven IT skills e.g. Basic knowledge of MS office, Internet and Database management
• Past experience of working with migrant people will treat as advantage.
• Motorcycle driving skills with a valid license
• Good interpersonal skills
