Channeling incoming phone calls
PABX management
Courier/mail handling
Office coordination
Maintaining Manual Attendance Register
Update Phone List of all NFG Employees
Any other task if any assigned by supervisor or NFG Management
To attend corporate affairs, Department daily work monitoring.
Daily appointment of Chairman -fix up
Receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer/guests & Other queries,
communicate with others dept, mail checking & replying
Front Desk Customer Handling
Front Office Management
In out Register Maintain & Others Related Works
Job Location: Dhaka/ Nationwide/ Aboard

Educational Requirements
BBA/ Bachelor`s Degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Executive Assistant, Front Desk, Reception, Telephone Operator

Age 22 to 25 year(s)
