Front Desk Executive – Dhaka – Hamid Group

Job Description / Responsibility
• Screening of all incoming and outgoing correspondences and initiating follow-up action including receiving calls and referring callers to appropriate employees.
• Maintenance of front office and handling PABX and other systems.
• Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence.
• Mail management including Courier, office document collection, letter dispatching both incoming and outgoing.
• Necessary support providing to the administration as deemed appropriate.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduation in any discipline from any recognized university

Job Requirements
• Age At most 32 year(s)
• Only females are allowed to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Bangla and English.
• Must have computer literacy (MS Office, Internet application).
• Having relevant front desk and secretariat course will be given preference
• Experience in the related field will get preference
