Job Description / Responsibility
• Attend phone calls, update phone book.
• Managing Reception area.
• Handling all visitors and guests at the front desk.
• Pleasant people focus, Personality, and fluency in speaking Bengali & English with attractive voice.
• Excellent telephone manners and pleasant personality, Smart, confident, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain office filing system and take direct role in office administration.
• Collect necessary information and promptly report office activities directly to responsible department.
• Office Co- Ordination, Support functions and provides secretarial support in an effective and efficient manner.
• Staff attendance maintains.
• To receive inbound and outbound calls, bills, letters and forward corresponding department.
