Job Description / Responsibility
Cover the front desk job including PABX.
Answer all in coming calls and handle caller inquires whenever.
Attend to visitors and deal with inquires on the phone and face to face.
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Greet, assist and/or direct to all guests/ visitors and employees.
Perform other related duties as required.
