Job Description / Responsibility
• Front desk management
• Receive visitors, guests, customers or their representatives and attend as required.
• Understand PABX telephone operations.
• Counsel to visitor queries over phone or face to face.
• Receive letters, messages and documents and pass them to proper place/persons and keep records.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
