• Report to: Senior Director, Programme
• Job Profile: Senior Management Position
• Works Station: Marie Stopes Head Office, Dhaka
• The General Manager, Clinical innovation will lead and provide administrative oversight & strategic directions into high risk and complex clinical operations & projects from initiation through to completion and will be responsible for the design and implementation of operational support plans to ensure sustainability.
• The GM will initiates piloting of the innovative programs, project and plans, analyzing the feasibilities and direct the scale up of the system and ongoing adoption of new processes.
• Being a member of the senior management team, the successful candidate will be required to actively participate in organizational planning and decision making processes and expected to contribute further to the organizational mission through new initiatives and approaches in MSB programming.
• S/he will provide strategic inputs for the effective functioning and sustainability of the organization.

Educational Requirements
MBBS or Masters in any discipline; MPH or Masters in Health Economics degree will be given preferrence.
Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
• Minimum 10 years experience in the field of reproductive health/ Clinic/Hospital business with 3 Years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record in leading operations of health clinics/medical services, enhancing productivity and achieving targeted outcomes in a social business.
• Excellent skills in planning, budgeting, monitoring, financial management, marketing, communications, systems, training and critical problem solving.
• Comprehensive understanding of national and international development issues including the health sector, poverty issues, women`s issues, gender issues, policy and advocacy networks and social movements.
• A visionary and influential communicator with excellent writing skill in English and Bangla.
• Proactive and able to work in stressful conditions; willing to undertake multi-tasking responsibilities and travel in-country and outside as and when required by the organization.
