General Manager – Esysolution Limited – Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
Manage and supervise all administrative functions in the business and support service in operations that includes administrative tasks, such as accounting, paperwork and payroll, while giving the freedom to deal with other issues.
Ensure administrative efficiency, proper procedure, implementation of policies and employee morale
Keep official and legal documents & records in proper manner for all kinds of official correspondence and update time to time.
Monitor and execute daily/ weekly/ monthly report such as present, Absence, Attendance, etc. (on Finger Print/ software/ Card/ Hard-copy Base)
Ensure that all the lease, rental, and other contracts and agreements with various parties are up to date, regularly reviewed and renewed
Prepare the monthly /annual budget/expenditure for administration department and monitor expenses against budgets
Ensure the best practices in procurements (i.e. for Admin/Technical department) .
Arrange meeting effectively with the local or foreign management or team as required.
Maintain liaison with government’s regulatory authority and internal discipline.
Facilitate smooth administration and assist in mitigating and conduct disciplinary procedures for support staffs
Maintain administrative staffs by monitoring and controlling their administrative tasks and perform other administrative jobs, maintain official records in structured manners
Assist HR/Accounts/ technical department for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, facilitating and developing their personal as well as organizational growth opportunities
Ready to work under pressure and willingness to complete the work assignment on time.
Perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management.

Experience in IT company will be added advantage

Minimum 10 years’ experience in managerial position that comprises the key duties of this role
Ability to coach and develop people with a proper succession plan
Ability to prioritize workloads and be capable of managing a broad range of areas
Ability to pay attentions to the details
Well conversant in Microsoft Office, email and Internet applications
Have excellent verbal communication skills (both speaking and writing)
Very good interpersonal skills with soothing personality and professional attitudes
Work experience in- online software, experience to organize video conferencing meeting.
