Job Description / Responsibility
This position will be responsible for the organizing day to day operating activities of the factory, like overall Production, Maintenance & Quality of product by minimizing cost and margin control and monthly, quarterly and annual financial targeted goal management.

Educational Requirements
Must be a Textile Graduate or Diploma in Textile Technology from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements
10 to 15 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Maintenance, Production, Quality, Operation, Supervision
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Spinning, Textile

Additional Job Requirements
Age 40 to 50 year(s)
Minimum 10 – 15 years experience in Spinning Mill out of which at least 5 years as General Manager.
Good experience in Sewing Thread.
Knowledge of 100% Polyester fibre and its characteristics.
Knowledge of Process and Machine parameters from Blowing to Packing.
Trouble shooting experience is must.
Knowledge of Quality Standard of International norms.
Knowledge of maintenance right from Blow room to Auto – Winder.
Knowledge of Identification of faults and their remedies.
Basic knowledge of Statistics and Computer, Micro word, Excel etc.,
Knowledge of English is necessary.
Sound Communication Skill.
