Job Description / Responsibility
Understanding of Real Estate, Housing Market trend and predict sales forecast.
Assist to make a business plan and meet with Monthly/ Annual Target.
Plan and visit client regularly to get Market insight and convert sale leads.
Ensure relationship with all existing and prospective clients.
Sound knowledge on Real Estate Industry and Acts.
Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of product and company goal.
Submit sales report daily, weekly and/monthly as well as follow up progression of work against client requirements.

Educational Requirements
Masters in any discipline but preferred MBA major in marketing.
