Job Description / Responsibility
• Able to execute overall factory operations and admin/HR activities
• Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory
• Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
• Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues
• Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct
• Have to ensure production and shipment as per factory plan
• Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
• Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security
• Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism
• Have to ensure timely selection & placement

MBA (HRM)/ Masters/Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Human Resources Management
Experience Requirements
• At least 15 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration, General HR, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

• Age At least 40 year(s)
• minimum fifteen years & above working experience preferably with RMG Factories.
• Excellent in communication
• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
• Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
• Good inter-personal & communication skills
• Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
