Job Description / Responsibility
Job Location: Corporate Office, Dhanmondi
Objective: Examine and evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation’s Administration and HR procedures and recommend corrective actions for smooth operations and healthy working environment of the organisation
Key Accountabilities:
Taking full responsibility of HR and Administration of the Group.
Ensure HR issues – Plan, develop, recruit, train, maintain and lead a team- which also includes policies and procedures.
Plan and organize administrative activities, establish procedure, practice and work methods to increase work effectiveness & efficiency.
Control and supervise the entire logistic support of day to day operation.
Monitor & follow up proper management , maintenance of company assets, equipments vehicle, security and safety factors of the group.

Educational Requirements
MBA in HRM or Masters in any discipline with PGDHRM from any reputed institution.
LLB, DSCM will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
At least 10 years experience in the similar track wherein at least 5 years in the similar position in any reputed Corporate house.
Have to have critical Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code and its compliance in the organization.
Experienced in conducting TNA Based training courses in & out house and on / off the job and able to utilize the results of these trainings for the cause of the company.
Experienced & self motivated man, well aware of modern HR practices applicable in factory & corporate office.
Strong leadership quality with effective & strategic influential capabilities.
Good IT Knowledge.
