• Responsible for all HR, Admin issues. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR related activities of the Office/Factory effectively & efficiently.
• Organizational Development.
• Manpower Planning.
• Recruitment & Selection.
• Automated Attendance & Leave Management.
• Automated Payroll Management.
• HRIS Management.
• Performance Management.
• Training & Development.
• Job Separation Management.
• Management of Disciplinary & Grievance related issues.
• Monitoring and reporting results of the compliance/ethics efforts of the company.
• Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and code of conduct by evaluating, or recommending the initiation of, investigative procedures.
• The candidate should have sound knowledge on Organizational Development, Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Labor Laws, Grievance Handling etc.

Educational Requirements
MBA in HRM/ Master`s Degree with PGDHRM/ PGDPM with overall good academic track record.
Experience Requirements
• 12 to 15 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Labor Union Management
Additional Job Requirements
• Candidates having minimum 12 to 15 years of experience.
