Job Description / Responsibility
• Provide leadership in organizing the IE & Planning Dept. with efficient structure and effective work process.
• Be responsible for preparing and reviewing production schedules, line plan, T&A, and engineering procedures, aimed at achieving higher productivity and efficiency per worker.
• Ensure cost minimization and optimum utilization of labor, machinery, and material through effective operating layout in the production.
• Develop and implement Lean management, KAIZEN, TPM, Six Sigma, and other tools for ensuring efficient production processes.
• Be able to make maximum utilization of ERP for greater effect.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in IPE from BUET, SUST, CUET, KUET, RUET, or equivalent institutes.

Experience Requirements
• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Production
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements
• Age At least 32 year(s)
• At least 3 years working experience in head of IE & Planning department
• Overall experience of 10 years in IE & Planning Dept. of reputed companies.
• Strong leadership with communication/interpersonal skill.
