Job Description / Responsibility
• Report to top Management for newly added decisions and tasks
• Manage the Onsite team and Quality Check all work completed
• Upload banners and create landing pages based on the requirements of other departments
• Coordinate with the design team to create banners, landing pages and all designs required on the website
• Check if all links are working properly on the website
• Upload Banners and cross check on the Mobile/App Website
• Generate Reports using many tools (Google Analytics/Qlikview/Dynamic Yield)
• Provide reports to the Managing Director for performance, issues and progress
• Bring Creativity & Innovation: Come up with new ideas to make pages look attractive, informative and help customers to easily make buying decisions.
• Must be able to meet all the deadlines
• Enhance SEO using keywords
• Competitive analysis of other Fashion, Tech websites.
• Tech Savvy and should possess a natural vibe for using software and tools
• Must be Proficient in Microsoft – Excel/Word/PowerPoint, LibreOfficeCoding Skills Required – HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Editing Skills Required – Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator

Educational Requirements
• BSc in Computer Science and Engineering
• 3-4 years’ Experience in Onsite
• Preferred Universities: DU, JU, NSU, BRAC, East West, IUB, AIUB

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Software Architect, Project Manager (Software), Programmer/Software Engineer, Web Developer/Web Designer, Graphic Designer
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Group of Companies
