Job Description / Responsibility
Managing overall factory operation.
Monitoring all kinds of garments accessories production.
Planning, costing, manufacturing, budget making about product.
Develop operational strategy to cope up with business growth.
Ensure effective plan operation via implementation & executing SAP, RM, Logistic and other resource planning.
Ensure efficiently handling of materials in the warehouse and timely service to the production.
Ensure optimum standard quality of production.
Make schedule production target in conformity with sales plan and follow up the process.
Monitoring inventories, stores, and supply chain management.
Supply product time to time as per requirement of buyer’s requirement.
Supervision use of machine for operation.
Closely worked with marketing Team, finance team.
Leading and inspiriting team for better production.
Communicate with top Management for giving production report regularly.

Educational Requirements
Masters/ Graduate or Diploma in Textile Technology from reputed institution/university.

This position will be responsible for the organizing day to day operating activities of the factory, like overall Production, Maintenance & Quality of product by minimizing cost and margin control and monthly, quarterly and annual financial targeted goal management.
4 to 5 years experience at similar position.
Should have very good command in Bangla and English.
The candidate has to be highly proactive, self-motivated, committed and energetic.
Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Must have very good command over MS office application.
