Job Description / Responsibility
• Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of Treasury functions
• Maintain close relationships with Banks and Foreign Lenders, etc.
• Collaborate with Commercial activities related to Export, Import, Local Procurement
• Prepare or monitor Group’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling
• Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions
• Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiency.
• Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines
• Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions
• Assess risk/return trade offs in guidelines and determine the Company’s goals and risk tolerance
• Additional duties as directed by Head of Dept. as well as top Management

Educational Requirements
• MBA/ Masters in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed Universities
• Additional professional qualification will be given preference

Experience Requirements
At least 12 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• At least 12 years of experience in relevant field out of which minimum 3 years in a senior position
• Proven experienced in export orientation Textile or Manufacturing sector will be preferred
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills, both verbal and written, group wise and individual basis
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Strong team leader, persuasive and innovative
• Demonstrated skills in problem solving, decision making and multitasking
