Job Description / Responsibility
• Recruitment, Selection procedure maintaining
• Employee orientation, development and training
• Completion of joining formalities of new employees, prepare appointment letter, confirmation letter, bond related work
• Work with various HR related policies, orders and directives on behalf of the management
• Staff leave, entertainment and privilege related work
• Cooperation and coordination with other department in HR related matters
• Maintain of HR information system (HRIS)
• Maintain all employee resignation/termination formalities and record keeping
• Ensure office/factory discipline, punctuality, decorum including dress, cleanliness etc.
• Leave & attendance, factory entry-exit allowance & monitoring
• Ensure firefighting practice at regular interval
• Monitor daily task schedule, soft reminder for failing & action taking as per policy
• Issue various office orders & instructions as desired by the Management
• Audit purpose work
• Follow up any assignment given by higher authority at any time

• MBA in HR PGDHRM will get preference.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration, HRIS/HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Training & Development, Organization Development/Process Improvement
Additional Job Requirements
• Age 28 to 34 year(s)
• He/ She must have knowledge in Labour Law
• Good Comand in English & Bangla
• Good Computer knowledge in MS Office, Internet correspondence
