Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for overall managing HR related activities of the organization in close collaboration with Management Team.
• Follow up recruitment as per HR planning & executing staff development initiatives & ensuring company HR policy.
• Development of HR Policy & Manuals: Standardize & implement Policy induction and orientation process.
• Overall control of the personnel / human resource function, formulating personnel systems and strategies appropriate to the company`s mission and goals.
• Improving management / employee communications, including mediating in disputes and advising senior management on how to implement personnel policies.
• Design and Develop formats for Annual Performance Appraisal for the employees.
• Determining organizational needs in terms of skills & competencies, identifying staffing gaps and suggesting senior management for onward actions.
• Employee Relations, Employees Empowerment, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention, Employee separation (Exit interview).
• Maintenance of Company Records, Meeting Minutes, Circulars & Notices, Compilation of Minutes and its circulation, chronological records with segregation and grading of top priority correspondences, Classification of Files, Documentation, Archives etc.

Educational Requirements
• MBA (HRM) / Masters in HRM from a reputed University(s).
• In addition PGDHRM degree will be more preferred.
Experience Requirements
• 7 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Performance & Career Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
Additional Job Requirements
• Age 35 to 45 year(s)
• Proven working experience in both HR management and development for at least 10 Years.
• Positive attitude & adaptability, excellent writing & presentation skills.
• Leadership, excellent communication, negotiation & employee relation management skills.
• Skills of handling HR related software; expert/employee database will be appreciated.
• Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity
• Familiar with Bangladesh Labor Law & HR best practices.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
