Job Description / Responsibility
• • Performing testing, analysis, generating test ideas and execute test plans.
• • Major activities will be bug hunting, analyzing in details level, bug reporting and follow up the reported bugs.
• • Work closely with developers to produce a product of the highest possible quality
• • Work with the stakeholders to capture business requirements which would be used to develop the test plan and scripts
• • Perform analysis of business requirements for accuracy, completeness, redundancy, ambiguity, and testability to support a Lean and Agile development process
• • Design manual and automated test cases, run test cycles and verify bugs
• • Develop strong understanding of the business domain and aid the development team in taking decisions on application features
• • Promote quality concept in overall organizational process and take ownership of overall product quality
• • Take active part in developing test automation suite
• • Be involved from the very beginning of the development and ensure things are moving in the right direction in terms of business needs and integration with the overall system

• • Banking experience will be preferred
