Job Context
• We are looking for qualified fresh graduate/post graduate (BBA, MBA, Economics, English, Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, MIS, Apparel Manufacturing, Environment science), for its Sweater and Woven factory located at Savar, Dhaka. Factory is fully compliant and producing for world renowned brands. • Selected candidates is to participate in training experiences, learn new skills and to demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities in respective departments.

Job Description / Responsibility
• Work in different departments to gain perspective, including Merchandising, HRD, Accounts, Commercial, Production, Quality Assurance, Compliance etc.
• Obtain training and performs duties in respective departments.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the management.
• After successfully completion of training period management will allocate the concern person to suitable dept. with the proper job responsibilities.

• The incumbent should have qualities include self-motivation, resourcefulness, creativity, dynamic, organization, and attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Self-motivated and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication abilities in Bengali and English both oral and written.
• Computer literacy is a must especially in office package.
