Job Location: Dhaka or any other place in Bangladesh.

Job Description / Responsibility
• To monitor and represent Company’s cases and give depositions
• To advice, brief and manage panel lawyers and liaison with them
• To check/verify contracts, charge documents, plaints, petitions, legal notices, legal opinion regarding land documents provided by panel lawyers, providing legal advice on Company’s legal issues, writing memos and reports
• Be a Team Player in all activities.
• To do any other job as assigned by the management from time to time

Educational Requirements
Must be LL.M./ LL.B. (Hons.) from a recognized university

Job Requirements
• Age Limit: Not more than 30 years age as on July 31, 2017
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and people management skills
• Good negotiation skills and communication skill in English and Bengali
• Ability to handle complex situation ad cope with team at any situation.
